Kitchen has corian counters and new dishwasher, oven and microwave plus a large pantry. It opens onto the Dining/Family room that features a wood burning fireplace. Original wood floors throughout partially covered with carpet. Large living room with picture windows and doors to extra large backyard.

You'll sleep in comfort in our firm yet soft mattresses and crisp linens. Bedroom arrangements include:
Master Bedroom - King size Bed. Master bathroom features a walk-in shower.
Bedroom #2 - Queen size Bed
Bedroom #3 - Two sets of Bunk Beds - One set has Twin on bottom and Twin on top. The other set has Full/Futon on bottom and Twin on top.

Bathroom #2 - Tub/Shower Combination

Fully Furnished Kitchen includes everything you need to prepare a quick snack on your way out to an adventure-filled day, or a special family meal. Newly painted cabinets are filled with enough dishes, pots and pans, and serving accessories.
Prefer cooking out? Grill burgers, steaks or veggies on the outdoor BBQ. You can even sit outside to eat on the outdoor table, or around the benches.

According to Anaheim City STR Ordinance, guests are to sign a Reservation Agreement which will be sent in a separate email after the Reservation is accepted. After the signed Reservation Agreement is received, Check-in instructions will be sent which includes check-in and check-out times, check-out list and other helpful information to make your visit enjoyable.

City of Anaheim requirements:

+ Max occupancy: Max occupancy 9 individuals including children and infants. (7 adults max) Adding additional guests after the reservation is confirmed may result in added charges. No additional guests are allowed at the home at any time, no gatherings, events.

+ Min stay: 3 nights

+ Parking: 2-3 cars max. in driveway. No street parking, passenger vans, RVs or trailers. Cars must not encroach into sidewalk. No parking on street.

+ City Mandated “quiet time” from 10 pm to 9 am. Outdoor facilities including Patio, Garage game rooms, BBQ, Back Yard are off limits during these times.

+ Guests agree to comply with the city requirements or they will be subject to fines, civil actions and or criminal prosecutions related to the violation.

+ We reserve the right to decline a reservation which results in a 2-day gap in our calendar

+ You must be 25 years old to rent one of our properties

Some friends and I rented this property for a weekend. The place was clean, the kitchen appliances were good, bedrooms were nice. And a full size laundry washer & dryer too! A good value for a family stay in Anaheim!

Things that could be improved: the barbecue needs to be repaired or replaced (didn’t get hot enough to grill). The patio could use some furniture, too.

Back yard very dirty, houses was ok. TV’s in the rooms no clear instructions on how to use it., cleaning crew show up to early making us feel rush to leave., they keep looking over as we are loading the car., I didn’t feel safe and maje feel very uncomfortable......

We had a fantastic stay at this home! It was literally a 5 minute drive to Disneyland. A bunch of stores nearby and great restaurants! Big enough for our whole family!

This house worked out perfectly for our trip to Disneyland. Only a mile and a half from the parks and a pretty central location. We took an Uber to Disney for $10, got groceries and food delivered for our stay. The backyard had a lemon and lime tree which our kids thought was pretty cool.

This was a perfect place for our SoCal weekend. Close to Disneyland and the freeway. Lots of space for us (4 adults and 3 kids). Clean, cool and the ping pong table in the garage was a bonus the whole family enjoyed. Nice sitting areas outside with shade when its hot and a firepit when it's not. So, so much better than renting a couple of hotel rooms for the group. We would stay here again for sure.

Location was very convenient. Quiet neighborhood and well kept front yard. Master bedroom was roomy with a very comfortable bed.

I did get complaints though from the other guests about the mattresses in the other bedrooms being very uncomfortable (too hard). One of my guests even opted to sleep on the living room sofa. The back yard was very large though the grass needed mowing. There is a BBQ and fire pit but no way to light either. The kitchen was well appointed and dishwasher worked well. But, the coffee maker had a broken filter basket that had been duct taped back together and the water heater was hit and miss. Sometimes a nice hot shower. Sometimes a cold shower after only a couple of minutes. Exhaust fans in the bathrooms would be a nice addition as well.

Overall, a very nice place with just a few issues that are easily remedied.

We stayed at the home for a few days while visiting family. The location is perfect, close to parks and shopping. The home was well appointed and great for our small kids. Housekeeping was there when we arrived and it took them a little bit to finish up but they did a great job and we had no complaints about cleanliness. I contacted the host for a door code and she got right back to me. I would recommend staying here.

As usual, Valerie's house was perfect. Well, almost perfect. We waited too long and it was too far to walk, but the house was the usual Valerie 5 stars. The worst thing about it was that the bathroom door squeaked. Personally, I think you'd have to be nuts to do AirB&B, which from my experience is at best a coin toss, when you can be assured of a great place with Valerie.

My Family & I were coming down from Colorado & My Sister & her family from Arizona. I've used VRBO for about 8 years now but, never rented in California. The House was very clean on the inside & the air was turned on prior to our arrival which was great ... not used to the humidity anymore.

We were down for my Daughter's Wedding Reception & My Grand Niece's 1st Birthday Luau ... the backyard was very nice ... just missing a pool ... but, we enjoyed it! The backyard could've been shop vac'd but, we ended up buying a broom to sweep up all the leaves. The gas line to the grill was a nice touch.

Valerie & her team were extremely helpful when we needed help or called & very responsive! Kudo's to You & Your Team Valerie!!! We will be back ... I think I found my Site to book my Cali trips now!!!
