Everything is brand new! The owners have spared no expense and given attention to every detail. If you're looking for a vacation home which is unique, fresh and exceptional - this home is for you!

Contemporary, yet fun, describes the style of Aloha House! Each room displays it's own theme in neutral backdrops with accents of blue, purple, orange and other fun colors. Guests will notice all the details from unique art work, pillows, art work, decorative mirrors and accent pieces. The outdoors is just as nice with a large heated pool, Gas BBQ and large table plus seating area.

The Master Suite is sophisticated and relaxing, a fine retreat after a busy day of travel and shopping adventures. Sink into the comfortable and new King-Size Bed furnished with luxurious linens. En Suite Bathroom is complete with Dual Sinks and Walk-in Shower!

Alice in Wonderland theme is featured in Bedroom #2 with a Queen Bed, lots of windows and 'Wonderland' accessories.

Fit for a Queen, Bedroom #3 offers another Queen Bed and accents of orange, pink, white and a décor which invites visions of Disney's 'Small World.'

For the adventurer in all of us, Bedroom #4 reminds us of Peter Pan flying through the sky to discover the land of stars. Doze off to dream in bunk beds with a Full Size on the bottom, Twin Size on Top and a separate Twin Bed.

Aloha House offers sleeping for 9 plus an additional bed for a little one. Maximum Occupancy 10. Maximum adults 5

So much better than a hotel, conveniently locate about .6 miles of Disneyland, this home offers an exceptional vacation experience.

City of Anaheim requirements:

+ According to Anaheim City STR Ordinance, guests are to sign a Reservation Agreement which will be sent in a separate email after the Reservation is accepted. After the signed Reservation Agreement is received, Check-in instructions will be sent which includes check-in and check-out times, check-out list and other helpful information to make your visit enjoyable.

+ Max occupancy: Max occupancy 10 individuals including children and infants. (8 adults max) Adding additional guests after the reservation is confirmed may result in added charges. No additional guests are allowed at the home at any time, no gatherings, events.

+ Min stay: 3 nights

+ Parking: 2-3 cars max. in driveway. No passenger vans, RVs or trailers. Cars must not encroach into sidewalk. No parking on street.

+ City Mandated “quiet time” from 10 pm to 9 am. Outdoor facilities including Pool, Patio, Garage game rooms, BBQ, Back Yard are off limits during these times.

+ Guests agree to comply with the city requirements or they will be subject to fines, civil actions and or criminal prosecutions related to the violation.

+ We reserve the right to decline a reservation which results in a 2-day gap in our calendar

+ You must be 25 years old to rent one of our properties

+ No smoking, No Pets

Very close to our venue. Property was clean upon arrival and plenty of room for everyone in our party.(4) Loved having the ability to each have their own bedroom for privacy! Would recommend window covering for that corner window in the kitchen to prevent the sun glaring in when you're preparing food. WE had a great stay thanks for bringing us a ironing board cove and quickly!

The house is beautiful and very comfortable. We had a great stay. The pool is not heated, so be aware. They do have 2 strikers and we left an umbrella stiller for the next guests.

We were in the area to go to Disneyland. Half the group has never been. With price of hotels in the area and needing 3 rooms we started looking into renting a house. This house was perfect for our group plenty of room. Has pool too if weather is warmer and time allows. Only downside took way to long for the water to get hot especially in sinks.

We had a fantastic time. The house was in a great location just minutes away from Disneyland. The swimming pool was fantastic and the whole house for setup so well for a family like ours. We could not have asked for anything more. Really communicative hosts, the house setup and appointed well with everything you would need. We will definitely be back!

The Aloha House is such a beautiful home! There was so much room for everyone and no one felt as if they were crowded at all. The kitchen had any tool/utensil we could have possibly wanted. All of the beds were very comfortable and plenty of room for everyone to sit. The location of the home is perfect for Disneyland and really not far from the beach as well. My family really enjoyed our stay from beginning to end.

This is a great little house very close to Disneyland that was perfect for our family get together. We had seven adults sharing the space and really enjoyed our time. The backyard pool was perfectly cared for and a wonderful bonus. Valerie was an excellent host, very easy to contact and communicate with. Highly recommended and hope to return!

We've stayed there for 6 days with 5 people from 4 different countries, as an exhibitor of the NAMM show in the Anaheim Convention Center. Which is almost in walking distance.
Everything we could wish for was there.
Nothing to complain about! Well, the weather could have been a bit nicer, it was rather cloudy. But hey, at least we didn't sweat ;-)
Hope to be here again next time!

The house was overall good and well suited for a family going to Disneyland. The location was great and was about a 20 - 25 minute walk to the park. The host was responsive during the booking process and prior to our stay. We did have a couple of issues upon arrival though (wifi information was incorrect and door code did not work, but luckily there was a contractor working on the house). These were cleared up fairly quick. The biggest issue was with the pool heating, which I can honestly say either wasn't worth it (still very cold) or it never actually worked. I was told they were looking into this but never received an answer during our stay or after our trip, despite several follow ups.

The home was very close to Disneyland, beautifully updated interior, great pool for the kids. The home had everything we needed for our vacation. When the stroller was missing from the home Valerie made sure to bring a replacement quickly for our little one. Very comfortable home.

We stayed here purposely for our Disney trip. We did walk there and back during our stay, but we did grab a Lyft a couple of times which only cost $7.
The house was lovely and very spacious. Our teens loved having their own rooms with double beds.
Everything has been thought of. The house is very well equipped.

Great place to stay at, the home was very clean and nicely decorated. Cooking basics were provided which is a nice touch, the only thing I did not like was the cameras on the property, especially the one in the backyard by the pool. It felt like we were being monitored which made us feel uneasy to even be in the pool

The property was very clean and spacious. Our party had 6 adults and we had plenty of room. The house had pretty much anything you could need. The only issue we had was the Cable TV did not work. Property management offered to come fix it but since we always on the go we decided it was not necessary. Overall it was a great stay.

A delightful property in a great position for Disney and local amenities. We could watch Disney's firework display from the window every night. The house had everything that one could hope for, four good size bedrooms, two bathrooms and a really well equipped kitchen with the bonus of a playroom setup in the garage and a cracking pool.

Food4Less and Target are minutes away with a range of local eating options close by. Information provided by Valerie both before travelling and in the house on arrival was excellent and comprehensive.

For Spring Break this year we took a trip from the midwest out to California to visit with family. There were 9 of us travelling and instead of doing a hotel I thought I would look into house rentals. We are first time renters for vacation properties and I am sold! It was so nice to have everyone centrally located. The kids loved the pool and sharing a room. The adults got to visit and watch movies together after the kids went to bed. Overall it was about the same price as getting a hotel room with a LOT more perks. This rental in particular was perfectly setup for the 2 days we spent at Disney and just hanging out in general with family. One night we even hosted a cook-out for the entire family. The house was very clean upon arrival, had pretty much everything we would need and the kids loved the Disney dress up clothes and toys in the kids room. I would highly recommend this property to anyone travelling to the area.

Having been a second time renter with Valerie we knew that the home would be fantastic. Both our first visit to a different property years ago and this property this time leave us no reservation in recommending any of her homes. We will stay with Valerie any time we are in town

We stayed with 2 families (5 adults and 3 teenagers) and this property was set up well for our stay. The location is 1.6 mile walk (brisk 30 minutes) to Disneyland entrance and might be too far for small children to walk. We could see most of the fireworks from the front driveway. Very close to shoppping malls and 15 minute drive to Knotts Berry Farm. Neighborhood was quite private but the adjoining property owners had a dog that barked at any hour of the day or night.

We stayed for a 4 night vacation. We were 3 small families, 5 adults and 3 8 year olds. The house was perfect size wise. The kids played dress up with the clothes in the bunk bed room and they swam in the pool. We had a great time. My only minor quibble was the house really isn't walking distance to the park. It short as the crow flies, but it is over a mile to get to the main entrance. That is fine in the morning, but when 3 young kids at the end of the day, that is long way to go. We rented a car and we are sure glad we did.

Was pleasantly surprised and happy with all the amenities, that was at the house.
The water temperature in the second bathroom was very poor it never actually got hot. There was a damaged curtain rod that was hanging out of the wall on our arrival and was worried that it would fall out with to much use.

The rental was very clean when we got there. Our party was six adults and five children. The house was adequate for our needs with comfortable beds and enough seating for our family meals. Everything we needed for cooking was provided. Even the griddle that was used each morning for pancake breakfasts. The location was great in proximity to Disney. We were highly satisfied.

We had a great time celebrating a surprise birthday party at this home. There were two kids and seven adults who stayed in the home and we all took advantage of the amenities provided (especially the ping pong table!). The home was clean and well taken care of. The pool toys could be updated but that didn't stop the kids. We had an issue with getting into the house but this was quickly remedied with a phone call. The location of the house is close enough to Disney that we could leave the park and come back later. Overall, a great time was had by all. Thank you!

This house was actually better than the pictures showed. Distance to Disneyland is fairly OK. It is about 1.5 miles of walking.

The house is nice and clean, modern and convenient. Very well maintained with fully equipped facilities. They even has extra strollers and foldable playard for kids.

The management give me great experience. We would definitely choose this house again and like to recommend it to friends.

The property was fantastic and everything was very well maintained. It really felt like a "home" while we were there. We had 9 people total and didn't feel crowded at all. Definitely will be back.

Spent 1 week in this great family home. Close to all amenties, freeway access and of course Disneyland. Great to wake up in what feels like your own home and begin your day. Can't reccomend highly enough! Thanks Val!

Our family was 5 adults and 3 kids and this house gave us plenty of space to be together and eat together but also be apart and have some privacy which was important at the end of our long days in Disneyland! The house was in a great location in a quiet neighbourhood. We could see the fireworks from the house and the adults could walk to downtown Disney easily too. The kids really enjoyed the pool and the dress up clothes in their room!

You can't go wrong with this house. It was clean,comfortable, and had everything we needed for our family of eight to stay for our ten day trip to SoCal. The location was great, so close to Disney you could see the fireworks from the front yard. The house was clean and very well maintained. We loved the pool and the game room. I would readily recommend this house to anyone and look forward to coming back the next time we are in Anaheim.

I was thrilled that when we walked in the house was exactly how it looked in pictures! Clean, well kept, and a super convienient location. There were a few little extra details that I loved, the woody hat on the bed in the kids room and the princess dresses in the closet. Thank you for providing a beautiful home for us during our stay!

Feels like home! The kids loved the pool and the rental house was very clean and well maintained. The manager was quick to our request. Close to Disneyland, beaches and shopping. Definitely 2 thumbs up from all of us (including the 3 kids)

My husband and I treated our 3 grown children, 1 perfect daughter in law and 1 blessed 1 year old granddaughter to Disney Land for our first official family vacation. This rental saved us easily 1500.00, our own privacy close to Disney(would have liked more in depth explanation of realitcly just how far walking to park was. Had a few minor issues upon checking in with water temp. But loved bakeries immediate reply and solution. Couldn’t have asked for a better service or such a clean comfortable property. The house was great!!, clean, spacious enough to fit 11 of us comfortably and nicely furnished, the pool was awesome too. The location is close to Theme parks, Target, Walmart and grocery stores. Access to the house was also very convenient and easy. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and you can see Disneyland's fireworks right from the driveway.

I love renting from Val's!! From beginning experience to end is always the best.. smooth from start to end of stay.. Our favorite by far is Aloha House.. Very clean and plenty of room for all of us.. the kids loved the pool and how homey feeling the home is.. Thank you again Val!

This house was amazing! It was furnished beautifully, had everything we needed and it was in the perfect location! The house us literally 5 minutes from Disneyland and we could see the fireworks from the yard. There were plenty of rooms and beds for everyone in our party. We had a blast! We will definitely be repeat customers!

The rental Magical House was exactly as it was described and pictured. It was clean, an easy drive to the park, plenty of parking in front of the house, the pool was clean and big with pool toys for our grands.

The house was really inviting and clean. Plenty of space. Alot of though was put into each room and what is needed to feel comfortable. I have rented houses before and not everyone leaves you soap, and extra little things so you don't have to run to the store right when you get there. I would have liked the pool to be a bit more clean upon arrival.

We stayed for 7 nights and had a group of 4 adults and 3 children. We loved the home, the space, and the décor. Staying there made our trip out to California so much more enjoyable. We would do it all over again right now if we could. Great home - great price!

Stay was above average. Our issues were the very flat pillows on all the beds that had no support and a used tissue in one of the beds in the kids room upon arrival.
From the time of booking up until the week just before it was very hard to get any response from anyone to answer any of our questions.
Liked that we asked if there was a crockpot and when we arrived a new one was on the counter. Was enough room for 4 kids, and 4 adults.
