It was a great vacation .

We stayed in this great house during the month of October 2022.The weather was still nice and warm, so we made good use of the pool, and had dinner outside until the evenings became too cold for that.

The pool is cleaned and the frontlawn is mowed every week, which was a big plus for us.

The kitchen is nice and big with plenty of space to prepare good food.

NOTE: There is no pool table in the house, eventhough there are pictures of it on the listing.

The large freezer in the kitchen is not functioning. We were informed of this beforehand. And this was not a problem, since we could use the one in the garage instead.

The dishwasher was almost worn down, and should be changed. But all other appliances worked fine.

The beds were all quite comfortable.

Neighbourhood is quiet and feels quite safe. Grocery stores and Blink Gym is 15 minutes walk from the house.

At times, the communication with the property manager was a bit slow. But flexibility by the manager made up for this.

The house is old, and needs maintenance here and there. But all in all we enjoyed our stay in the Anaheim house, and recommend it for other families, who wish to stay near LA for a longer period.

Some pics have been updated. When we booked there was a pool table. Since we were planning a long stay of working and isolating from home, the amenities (pool, pool table, foosball table) were attractions. Unfortunately, the pool and foosball tables were removed. We contacted the manager, Valarie, and asked why we weren't informed of this and she said she’d update the pics. There were other issues too: bathrooms are deteriorating, door in the main bathroom doesn’t close, dressers are broken, cigarette burns on sofa, built-in speakers broken, kitchen fridge doesn’t work (we weren't informed of this and after having food spoil, reached out and were told to use a barely operable fridge in the garage). We asked for a partial refund since the home wasn’t as advertised. Valarie told us we could move out with a full refund. In the height of the pandemic, we didn't have alternative housing. We just wanted the problems addressed and a partial refund. We didn't hear from her again for 6 weeks. Valarie was responsive upon booking. She called us within 5 minutes of our first inquiry and agreed to deliver a desk. We appreciate that. Unfortunately, she went AWOL after we arrived. For final drama, a few weeks before departing, we reached out to Valarie again to resolve our refund. We suggested allowing us to stay 1 more week at no cost. After multiple attempts to reach her, she agreed and updated the VRBO departure date. She also sent an agreement which slipped through our email. On the day of our initial planned departure, Valarie texted informing us cleaners were on their way for new guests arriving the next day. I reminded her we agreed to an extra week. She responded that the home was booked for other guests. Fortunately, VRBO intervened. I don't enjoy writing this review, but future guests should know what they're getting into. And while we left the place cleaner than we found it, we still haven’t received our security deposit back over 2 we

Sunny Breeze was a wonderful relief after we experienced a fire in our home in OC. The space of the home, configuration of the back patio and the cleanliness of the pool were great! The home is close to shopping, amusement parks and has a great city park a half block away.

We had a great time at the Sunny breeze Anaheim house for our family Disneyland trip! It was the perfect set up for two families with a kitchen and family room that face the pool in the back yard. It was very clean and felt like plenty of space for all 9 of us! We were happy to have a mid day pool break from the long days at the park. My only complaints if I had any were a few minor things that need a handy man. The fridge freezer wasn’t work but did have a garage fridge/freezer. The light switches we kind of confusing at first especially for the kids. There wa no over head light in the back bedroom and the back bedroom pocket door kept getting stuck and kids would panick! �� nothing major though we had a great time and Valerie that runs the property was very helpful and available.

Location to Disney and other occasions was wonderful.

Incredible house... Very conveniently located, literally right down the street from Disneyland... If I was searching for something wrong it would have to be the water in the master bedrooms shower took awhile to warm up... Small price to pay for a incredible house... Our original booking had to cancel on us and recommended this rental. It's close to Disneyland but you have to drive. It's in a nice quiet residential area. The house is nice and our kids had a great time playing and swimming when we weren't at Disneyland. Everything was clean and well maintained.

The house is gorgeous and spacious, great location for the convention center conference. Pool was a bit dirty but we didn't mind! Other than that, we have no complaints. If we are back in Anaheim next year we will rent again!

All I can say was it was GREAT. The house and pool was in EXCELLENT condition. Valarie and staff responded to all of our needs. I would HIGHLY recommend and would stay at this location again.

Overall a fantastic property, a few little niggles, but nothing that would stop us revisiting...great for a family with young kids, close to Disney and nice safe area.

The kitchen was FABULOUS! Very high end and perfect for hosting. Everything about our stay was excellent - the house was clean and well kept, Valerie the property manager was responsive and helpful, the pool and cabana were spectacular. Just 7 minutes drive from Disneyland, its perfect.

For six people this house was perfect. Our kids loved the house and all of its fun things. We built in a whole day just to swim and play at the house. Great location -- close to everything we wanted to do. Lots of restaurants, good grocery stores. Loved it!

Not only was the home perfect and better than the pictures presented but the at stay experience was the best we ever had. They went above and beyond what owners normally do. We had a dead car battery and not knowing the area we asked Valerie for advise on getting help. She sent her maintenance man to help us asap and saved our day. Words can't say enough. Again...thank.We hope to rent from you again soon!!!
