Great size for 2 families with small kids. Beds are comfortable but noisy. Photos do not accurately reflect current furniture and kitchen is very bare bones supplies wise- I would not plan to make full meals in the kitchen. We were able to do simple breakfasts luckily there are lots of close restaurants for take out/delivery if desired. Close enough to walk to and from the park (about 30 minutes)but not close enough to do a midday break in my opinion. You can see the fireworks from the yard but also note it does sound like they are going off in your backyard. Luckily they only last about 15 minutes. Home is well maintained and spacious- I would stay here again if we were to come back to Disneyland.

Wonderful place we really enjoyed to stay in Valerie's place ,the neighborhood it's really nice, it's a perfect for family whit kids, the place it's really close to stores restaurants. We fell security to walk around the neighborhood. The place it has enough parking space. I will use this place in the future if is available. And definitely recommend to my friends.

The location of this property is convenient to Disneyland, you can watch the fireworks from the yard. The house itself is old and not updated, so if you're looking for that kind of place, keep on looking. The pictures in the listing are not accurate; furniture was missing from the great room, there are no curtains on the windows but only cheap plastic mini-blinds with some broken slats. The bedrooms are not as pictured, they are stark with no hangers in the closets and nothing to set a suitcase on other than the floor. The kitchen is minimally equipped and the oven door is not air tight so the temperature never reaches the desired degree and our breakfast casserole burned on top. The lockbox is old and the numbers are worn. The cover is easy enough to remove to get the key, but a challenge to get back on especially at night. It is located in a dark place so you'll need your flashlight in order to see it at night. The porch light was out so we were left in the dark when returning at night. The bathrooms are hardly big enough to turn around in, let alone get ready in. All the walls are white and the bunk room does not have the Disney bedspreads as pictured, and there is no mirror in there; the only bedroom with a dresser was the queen room, also painted plain white. The great room is big and roomy; the lighting is old and the loveseat and chair are not there, but replaced with bar stools and folding chairs. There is no patio cover as pictured either. The house was adequate for us 6 adults, but beyond that there isn't much positive to say. The host was responsive in July when we booked, then difficult to reach by September and I had to call VRBO to help me reach her. My family and I had a nice stay - the kids loved the bunk beds, and we all enjoyed the spacious living room, cozy couch, large dining table, fenced in backyard, and the nightly fireworks. I appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was with tools and the responsiveness of the property manager for any questions.
Heads up - the curtains have all been taken down so there are only blinds in the rooms and they become very bright in the morning. The walk to the Disneyland gates is closer to 35 minutes - nice and flat sidewalks. The nightly fireworks are loud, but the AC is also loud and it surprisingly drowns out the firework sounds from the rooms, so we’d just turn it on soon before the show started and our kids wouldn’t wake up.
There wasn’t a game room as advertised, and the backyard no longer has the shaded pergola. The guest bathroom faucet needs to be replaced as its water flow is more of a spray, and the master bedroom sheets are a bit rough.
The house was clean and the neighbors are friendly and welcoming. I think with a few small updates we’d be back. We made wonderful memories here

The house was very close to Disneyland, (about a 5 minute drive or 30 minute walk). The area was quiet and felt safe.

When we arrived the wifi password wouldn't work, we had to call the owner who tried to help us but in the end we realised there were several letters in the pass word code that were incorrect
Overall we enjoyed our stay and would use again in the future.

Very comfortable house, very clean and had everything you need . Also extremely close to Disney land park and you could see the fireworks at night from the front yard! I would really recommend it to anyone. We were there almost every day just at night and left after having breakfast there every day and we felt very comfortable and the master bedroom has tv with cable so that was nice!

This place is a dream. Literally 5 minutes from Disneyland (makes getting there at opening time so easy!), super clean and comfortable, and great communication with the host. We’ve never had better lodging in Anaheim.

This was a great location while visiting Disneyland. Very convenient and easy Uber ride to Disney for less than $5 for a family. Very nice and informative neighbor. You can watch the fireworks from the front yard. The home itself was very nice, roomy and clean. Valerie is very nice & helpful!

We loved our stay, the house was perfect for two families! We loved having a yard for the kids to play in. We found a great short cut to the park. Made it a 10 min walk. This was our first rental experience and it was so much better than I expected. The house was beautiful and everything was as described. We felt 'at home'. Valerie was readily available to answer all questions. Would definitely recommend! We wold love to rent from Valerie again in the future.

We did not want to stay at a hotel for two weeks, so a rental was the best option. This house is very comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. It has a very convenient location, close to major highway, gas stations and supermarkets. The Disney fireworks were a big treat. You can walk to Disney or hop on the ART (Anaheim Resort Transportation )fee is $5.00 and you can get picked up at the hotels near by, Holiday Inn and Marriott, ride in air conditioned mini bus right to the park, then take the same bus back to where you started. VERY NICE!! We felt very safe while we stayed at this property and when we walked about the neighborhood.

This was a wonderful place that had plenty of space for what we needed. The home was comfortable and conveniently located. There were plenty of towels and plenty of bedding.

My only complaint is that the lights needed to be replaced in a bedroom and bathroom and when I called to have them replaced they were not. Also, the toilets needed to be tightened and a fan would be great in the bathroom also.

We loved this home! Not only was the house super clean and comfortable, but the location was great as well! It was literally a $5 uber to all the places we needed to go. We also got an amazing view of the fireworks right from the front yard . I would definitely stay here again.

It was wonderful! It had most of what we needed! It was a little farther of a walk than I had planned on but it still worked out ok to walk to and room the park each day.

The house was clean and I loved the living room especially. It's very big and the couches were very comfortable. Love the color scheme as well. The kitchen was clean and everything was in working order. Plenty of room for us. The bedrooms were nicely decorated however the bed hurt our back and neck. The couch was much more comfortable so I slept there. Bathrooms nice and clean. We also took advantage of the games in the hall closet which was fun. PLENTY of extra linens, pillows, blankets, whatever we needed. The dining table was great size to fit everybody. It was nice to have washer and dryer but I was surprised to see a note along with some detergent that said you can only use our detergent to wash the towels. If you want to wash your clothes you have to buy your own detergent. A little inconvenient and not sure why. House was located pretty close to everything, food, stores like Target, and of course Disney. One night we stood out front watching the fireworks show that Disney was putting on. It was great!

We loved this home! Not only was the house super clean and comfortable, but the location was great as well! It was literally a $5 uber to all the places we needed to go. We also got an amazing view of the fireworks right from the front yard . I would definitely stay here again.

Great family home close to Disneyland. The house was very easy to get from freeway. Less than 2 min from parking lots of Disneyland. Our family chose to park than walk, however if I had older kids it could of been done.
The house is very clean and keep up. Our family went to Disneyland all of our stay so we didn't spend much time in the home. Beds are very comfortable. Check in and check out was very convenient with a lock box for your keys.

This was our first rental experience and it was so much better than I expected. The house was beautiful and everything was as described. We felt 'at home'. Valerie was readily available to answer all questions. Would definitely recommend! We wold love to rent from Valerie again in the future.

This house was perfect for 4 kids and 4 adults. Their was plenty of room and the house was clean and in good repair, with quality furniture. The air conditioning unit is awesome.

We did not want to stay at a hotel for two weeks, so a rental was the best option. This house is very comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. It has a very convenient location, close to major highway, gas stations and supermarkets. The Disney fireworks were a big treat. You can walk to Disney or hop on the ART (Anaheim Resort Transportation )fee is $5.00 and you can get picked up at the hotels near by, Holiday Inn and Marriott, ride in air conditioned mini bus right to the park, then take the same bus back to where you started. VERY NICE!! We felt very safe while we stayed at this property and when we walked about the neighborhood.

Very goodd stay for our 2 days visit to the disneyland with 2 families of total 10 pax. Everything we need is available. Will highly recommend for anyone travelling here again.
